The restaurant industry has allowed me to pursue my passions…
I started in this industry as a dishwasher, then cook, then server, and finally bartender. Along the way, I made lifelong friends and had incredible experiences, both professionally and personally. In fact, I even met my wife while bartending in college—a story that’s not uncommon in this industry.
My journey grew deeper when I joined a burgeoning startup digital publication, traveling the country to meet chefs and restaurateurs. It gave me the chance to connect with the people behind the food, capturing their stories and perspectives in video and photography. I’ve also worked in strategic roles and have created and developed content and strategies for restaurants, publications, and some of the largest food industry events in the United States.
To me, the restaurant industry is unique because it welcomes everyone. If you’re willing to work hard, there’s always an opportunity, no matter where you start. That’s what I love most about this industry, and it’s why I love it.
At Three Cheers Creative, our promise is simple: we’ll work just as hard as you do, because we understand the dedication it takes to succeed in this space.

My journey in hospitality began at my family-run farmers market, Gooding’s Market, in rural Ohio…
Some of my fondest memories are from those days, working with my cousins and watching my uncle connect with guests. Working at a farmers market and selling the freshest seasonal produce taught me about the seasonality of produce and insured a passion and a love for food for its connection that went beyond working in a local market.
I pursued a career in the industry, starting with my degree in hospitality management, where I worked in dining services as a barrista and moved my way up to student manager positions. In my senior year, I bartended at, one of the last campus bars in the country. It was there that I met my husband, and more of the best moments of my life were tied to this industry.
After graduating, I managed private clubs and restaurants, but the majority of my career was spent at Whole Foods Market. At the market, connecting with guests is where I’ve always felt most at home. During my decade-long career at WFM, I had the honor of leading my teams to achieve the top-ranking in sales as well as other benchmarks and I’m now excited to channel that same dedication and passion into creating authentic, impactful strategies that connect brands with their audiences in meaningful ways.
